I consider that a serious assumption of the Human Rights perspective in the specific way that is presented further on, implies an episthemological challenge of the first magnitude, as it puts forward the existence of an apriori, the optionallity in the criterion of truth. My article, in a schematic and propositive more than conclusive way, wants to show the large-scale of the challenge that represents to assume the criterion of truth from the point of view of the popular majorities: the necessity of a deconstruction and reconstruction of theory, a program of research of paradigmatic dimension.
